Pet peeve: at work, I really hate it when co-workers put out too much product, over stuffing the shelves. As a result customers will neglect the cheese that’s up front and buy the newer cheese, thus the amount of cheese that winds up getting spoiled goes UP. I don’t get how that concept is not grasped. We sell a lot of cheese, but not that much that it warrants over-stuffing the section with it. This is me just making a point and being over-dramatic about it, I guess.
